Our nutrition plan is designed to help you re-evaluate your eating habits. Starving yourself or following silly diets is not on the menu at Mereo Boot Camp. We promote a well balanced healthy eating regime and teach you how to eat correctly. During the day at boot camp you will have three meals and two snacks. Meal times are an important part of your day here and at home. You should eat regularly to eat keep your blood sugar levels balanced, ideally 5-6 small meals a day and watch your portion sizes. It's all about making the right choices....and we'll help you make the healthy ones. We will teach you to incorporate a healthy, balanced low fat diet into your routine. Some clients are simply stuck in a rut with their eating habits, others need a kick start to a new lifestyle...whatever your reasons, Mereo Boot Camp will catapult you towards your goals and help you to attain your desired results. |
