Itinerary
Mereo run camps for men and women separately. The program is adapted accordingly so certain activities will differ.
Boot camp rules are expected to be adhered to at all times with clients showing respect, discipline and punctuality at all times.

Reveille is at 0600, starting the day with an hours exercise before breakfast at 0700.

Below is a list of activities you will participate and enjoy on the camp:

  • Circuits: performing a variety of exercises as a group
  • Woodland Treks
  • Mountain Hiking
  • Running: X-country & Beach
  • Canyoning: involves walking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling/swimming.
  • Mountain Biking
  • Games: Beach volleyball, soft ball, touch rugby
  • Military Drills: Battle PT, section attacks, obstacle course
  • Log races: (men only)
  • Agility: variety of exercise to improve speed, agility and performance
  • General: Boxercise, body pump, aqua aerobics


You will be informed of activities on a daily basis, all sessions are not optional.

Your day will end at 2100.

MEREO BOOT CAMP
